摘要
菌核生枝顶孢霉(Acremonium sclerotigenum)作为枝顶孢属真菌的优势种,其次生代谢产物多样。为了明确其对植物病害致病菌的抑制效果,以桃褐斑致病菌(Alternaria alternata)为靶标菌,采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定6种发酵液的抑菌活性。结果表明:PD培养基发酵液提取物对桃褐斑致病菌的抑制效果最好,对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC_(50)分别为53.673 4 mg/L和808.158 4 mg/L;培养5 d的PD培养基发酵液的抑菌效果最好,对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC_(50)分别为1.445 8 mg/L和309.631 8mg/L;菌核生枝顶孢霉发酵液对桃褐斑致病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果优于对孢子萌发效果。该研究结果为将其开发成生物源农药奠定了理论基础。
        Acremonium sclerotigenum, as the dominant species of Acremonium. sp, its secondary metabolites are diverse. In order to clarify its inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria, in this study, Alternaria alternata was used as the target bacteria, and the antibacterial activities of the six fermentation broths were determined by mycelial growth rate method and spore germination method. The results showed that: The fermentation broth extract of PD medium had the best inhibitory effect on A. alternata, and the EC_(50) of mycelial growth and spore germination respectively were 53.673 4 mg/L and 808.158 4 mg/L; Fermentation broth of PD culture medium cultured for 5 d has the best antibacterial effect, and the EC_(50) of mycelial growth and spore germination respectively were 1.445 8 mg/L 309.631 8 mg/L; The inhibitory effect of A. sclerotigenum. fermentation broth on mycelial growth is better than the spore germination. The study laid the theoretical foundation for the development of biogenic pesticides.
