孟宪杰运用姜黄葛根汤治疗颈椎病验案举隅

摘要
孟宪杰教授从医50余年,对骨伤科多种疾病治疗具有丰富的临床经验。在颈椎病的病因病机上,孟宪杰教授重视气与血的关系;治疗上,认为骨伤科疾病不论活血或补血,均需调增气分之药,以增强血循动力。孟宪杰运用姜黄葛根汤治疗颈椎病取得良好疗效。
Professor MENG Xianjie has engaged in clinical medicine for more than 50 years, and has acquired abundant clinical experience in different kinds of orthopedic diseases. In the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis, Professor MENG Xianjie focuses on the relationship between qi and blood. During the treatment of orthopedic diseases, he considers that no matter blood circulation activation or blood supplement, they both need to increase the amount of qi to enhance blood circulation power. MENG Xianjie applies Jianghuang Gegen Decoction in treating cervical spondylosis, with good efficacy.
