摘要
HAZOP分析被广泛应用于煤化工行业,本文介绍了整个分析的原理、方法、过程和结果,并以3×100000Nm~3/h O_2空分装置为分析实例,描述了工艺流程,罗列了分析准备材料,确定了风险矩阵标准,划分了分析节点和风险分析,得出了HAZOP分析结果,并提出了建议措施。通过HAZOP分析有效降低了空分装置的风险等级,验证了分析的必要性和有效性,同时发现分析过程存在的过度分析现象,及时进行调整,确保了此次HAZOP分析的质量和效率。
        HAZOP was widely used in coal chemical industry. The principle, method, process and result of HAZOP were introduced. The analysis object was the air separation unit of 3×100000Nm~3/h O_2, and its technological process was described, the preparation materials of HAZOP were listed, the risk matrix were determined, the risk node and risk analysis were divided, the HAZOP analysis results were obtained, and some suggestions were put forward. The risk level of air separation unit was reduced by HAZOP. The necessity and validity of HAZOP were verified. At the same time, excessive analysis was found in the HAZOP, by timely adjusted, so the quality and efficiency of HAZOP were ensured.
