师德“失范”背景下专家型中学教师的成长之路

摘要
当前专家型中学教师成长过程中出现了较多的师德"失范"问题,影响了教师的专业化发展,也造成了不好的社会影响,经济转型时期出现的不良风气、不合理的考核评价体系也使教师心理层面出现了道德偏差。但是,专家型教师的成长需要长时间的积累,专家型教师不仅仅有知识和能力上的专业要求,更具有人格上的高标准,专家型教师的成长应以师德提升为关键,应以教师自我反思习惯的养成为突破口,从骨子深处树立廉洁意识和师德意识,真正做到立德树人。
        At present,during the growth of the expert middle school teachers,there have been more problems of moral anomie,which has affected the professional development of teachers and caused bad social influences,bad atmosphere and unreasonable evaluation during the economic transition period.The system also caused moral deviations in the psychological level of teachers.However,the growth of expert teachers requires a long time of accumulation.Expert teachers not only have professional requirements in terms of knowledge and ability,but also have high standards of personality.The growth of expert teachers should be based on the promotion of teachers' morality.The self-reflexive habits of teachers have become a breakthrough,and they have established a sense of integrity and morality from the depths of their bones.
