摘要
目的研究血清Hcy、IMA及各炎性因子与非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月本院收治的非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者40例,将这些患者作为研究组,另选取同期本院接受的40例健康体检者作为对照组,统计分析两组研究对象的血清Hcy、IMA及各炎性因子水平,并对研究组不同Judkin冠状动脉病变程度患者的血清Hcy、IMA及各炎性因子水平进行比较。结果研究组患者的血清Hcy、IMA、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);多支病变患者的血清Hcy、IMA、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著高于一支病变、双支病变患者(P<0.05),双支病变患者的血清Hcy、IMA、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著高于一支病变患者(P<0.05),血清Hcy、IMA、IL-6、TNF-α水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy、IMA及各炎性因子与非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉病变程度呈显著的正相关关系。
Objective To study the correlation of serum Hcy, IMA and inflammatory factors with the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction. Methods Forty patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected as the study group, and another 40 health examinees received in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum Hcy, IMA and inflammatory factors in the two groups were analyzed and compared. The levels of serum Hcy, IMA and inflammatory factors in patients with different Judkin coronary artery lesions were compared. Results The serum levels of Hcy, IMA, hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the serum levels of Hcy, IMA, IL-6 and TNF-alpha in patients with multiple vessel diseases were significantly higher than those in patients with one lesion and two vessel diseases(P<0.05); the serum levels of Hcy, IMA, IL-6 and TNF-alpha in patients with double vessel diseases were all higher than those in patients with one lesion and two vessel diseases(P<0.05). The serum levels of Hcy, IMA, IL-6 and TNF-alpha were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum Hcy, IMA and inflammatory factors are positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction.
