吸烟影响高密度脂蛋白代谢致动脉粥样硬化的新机制

摘要
吸烟是动脉粥样硬化疾病的独立危险因素,吸烟时间越长,烟量越大,血管损伤越严重。吸烟可促进血浆中脂质尤其是胆固醇在动脉内膜下沉积,使胆固醇在巨噬细胞中的过量沉积而形成泡沫细胞,从而导致动脉粥样硬化病变的形成。吸烟对血浆脂质和脂蛋白具有负性调节作用,可降低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,改变脂蛋白转运的关键酶活性,减少逆胆固醇转运,改变HDL亚组分,从而损害HDL的抗动脉粥样硬化功能,促进动脉粥样硬化病变进展。
