摘要
采用翼型导流板对某三代核电机组安全壳冷却机组风机盘管进风均匀性的改善进行了研究。提出了在盘管迎风面安装与竖直方向成一定夹角导流板的改进方案,采用数值模拟的方法分析其流场,依据GB/T14294-2008定量分析了改进方案对盘管迎风面进风均匀性的改善,筛选出了满足国标要求的改进方案。对筛选出的改进方案在原风机盘管上进行了实施,并对改进方案实施后风机盘管的迎风面进风均匀性进行了测量和定量分析。研究结果表明:在风机盘管迎风面安装与竖直方向有一定夹角的导流板可以提高风机盘管迎风面上的断面风速均匀度对于文中的研究对象,在风机盘管迎风侧安装与竖直方向30°夹角的导流板后,风机盘管迎风面上的断面风速均匀度为86%,满足国标要求。
        The airfoil guide plate was used to improve the air inlet uniformity of the fan coil unit of the containment shell for a third generation nuclear power unit. An improved scheme,in which the guide plate with a certain angle to the vertical direction was installed on the windward face of the fan coil,was proposed. The flow field of the fan coil with airfoil guide plate was numerically simulated. The improvement of the air inlet uniformity on the windward face of the fan coil was quantitatively analyzed according to the national standard GB/T14294-2008,and an improved scheme,which meets the requirements of the national standard,was screened. The screened improvement scheme was carried out on the original fan coil. After the implementation of the improved scheme, the air inlet uniformity of the windward face of the fan coil was measured and quantitatively analyzed again. The research results show that installing a guide plate with a certain angle to the vertical direction on the windward face of the fan coil could improve the "sectional wind velocity uniformity" on the windward face. For the research object,after installing the guide plate with 30° angle to the vertical direction,the "sectional wind velocity uniformity" on the windward face of the fan coil was 86%,which meets the requirements of the national standard.
