摘要
目的研发一种便携式光纤拉曼胃癌检测仪,探讨该设备对胃癌检测的可行性。方法便携式光纤拉曼胃癌检测仪的主要组件包括785 nm半导体激光器、光纤探头、微型光谱仪。利用该设备对正常胃粘膜组织和胃癌组织进行拉曼光谱检测,并与共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪获取的光谱数据进行对比。结果便携式光纤拉曼胃癌检测仪能够采集到完整的正常胃粘膜组织和胃癌组织的光谱,与共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪获取的光谱相差不大。结论该设备可以完整呈现不同胃黏膜组织的拉曼光谱,可用于胃癌的鉴别,为研制拉曼光谱胃镜提供了理论基础。
        Objective To design a portable fiber Raman gastric cancer detector, and investigate its feasibility in the detection of gastric cancer. Methods The main components of the portable fiber Raman gastric cancer detector include a 785 nm semiconductor laser, a fiber optic probe, and a miniature spectrometer. The Raman spectra of normal gastric mucosa tissues and gastric cancer tissues were detected by the portable fiber Raman gastric cancer detector, and were compared with the spectral data obtained by confocal microraman spectrometer. Results The complete spectrum of normal gastric mucosa tissues and gastric cancer tissues could be collected by the portable fiber Raman gastric cancer detector, which had no significant difference from the spectrum obtained by confocal microraman spectrometer. Conclusion This detector could completely present the Raman spectrum of different gastric mucosa tissues, and could be used for the identification of gastric cancer, providing a theoretical basis for the development of Raman spectroscopic gastroscopy.
