基于Partnering模式下承包商选择与合作项目绩效的关系研究

摘要
本文构建了Partnering模式下建筑项目的承包商选择、合作伙伴关系与合作项目绩效之间关系的理论模型。以辽宁地区建筑企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对研究假设进行了验证。实证结果表明:Partnering模式下,建筑项目中恰当的承包商选择对合作项目绩效有显著的促进作用;良好的合作伙伴关系对合作项目绩效有积极的促进作用;并在承包商选择与合作项目绩效之间的关系中起到部分中介作用。此外,项目的合作伙伴关系对于战略的合作伙伴关系也有显著的促进作用。
        In this paper,a structural equation model of relationship among contractor selection,partnership and partnering performance is developed based on the partnering model. The basic hypotheses involved in the model are tested by empirical data collected from construction companies in Liaoning Province. The results show that the appropriate contractor selection can promote the fostering of strong partnership. A strong partnership not only has a significantly positive direct impact on partnering performance,but also a partially mediate effect between contractor selection and partnering performance. In addition,It is shown that project partnership has a significant effect on strategic partnership.
