摘要
在三代非能动压水堆核电设备堆芯仪表套管组件(IITA)中,外壳材料用316L不锈钢无缝管是壁薄、小直径的超长管。IITA外壳材料的使用工况恶劣,需要耐高温、耐辐照、耐腐蚀,且尺寸精度和表面粗糙度要求很高。通过对316L无缝管的设计要求进行分析,在制造过程中,对整个工艺过程进行严格控制,最终获得的316L无缝钢管,其成分、力学性能、尺寸精度、粗糙度满足IITA外壳材料的技术要求。
        In in-core instrument thimble assembly(IITA) of the third generation passive pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant, 316L stainless steel seamless pipe for casing material is an ultra-long tube with thin wall and small diameter. The operating condition of IITA shell materials is harsh, which requires high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high dimensional accuracy and surface roughness requirements. Through analyzing and finishing the design requirements of the 316L seamless pipe, the whole process was strictly controlled in the manufacturing process. Finally, the 316L seamless steel pipe was obtained. The composition, mechanical properties, dimensional precision and roughness meet the technical requirements of IITA shell materials.
