冠心病患者血清中Hp特异性抗体、抗Hp-CagA抗体与冠脉病变的相关性

摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者血清中Hp特异性抗体、抗Hp-CagA抗体与冠脉病变的相关性。方法:冠心病患者119例作为冠心病组、健康体检者100例作为正常对照组。对比两组血清中Hp-IgG、抗Hp-CagA-IgG含量及脂质代谢指标、血小板功能指标、炎症介质含量的差异,经相关性分析冠心病患者血清中Hp-IgG、抗Hp-CagA-IgG含量与冠脉病变的内在联系。结果:冠心病组血清中Hp-IgG、抗HpCagA-IgG的含量高于正常对照组;外周血中脂质代谢指标TC的含量高于正常对照组,HDL-C、apoA1的含量低于正常对照组;血清中血小板功能指标P-selectin、PAF、PDGF的含量高于正常对照组;血清中炎症介质hs-CRP、IL-8、IL-17、TNF-α的含量高于正常对照组。Pearson相关性分析发现,冠心病患者血清中Hp-IgG、抗Hp-CagA-IgG的含量与冠脉病变程度密切相关。结论:冠心病患者血清中HpIgG、抗Hp-CagA-IgG的含量异常增高,且具体含量与冠脉病变存在密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation of serum Hp-specific antibody and anti-Hp-CagA antibody with coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 119 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in coronary heart disease group(CHD)and 100 healthy subjects were enrolled in normal control group.The differences in serum Hp-IgG and anti-Hp-CagA-IgG contents as well as lipid metabolism index,platelet function index and inflammatory mediator contents were compared between the two groups,and correlation analysis was used to determine the inner link of serum Hp-IgG and anti-Hp-CagA-IgG contents with coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease.Results:Serum Hp-IgG and anti-Hp-CagA-IgG contents of CHD group were higher than those of control group;lipid metabolism index TC content in peripheral blood was higher than that of control group whereas HDL-C and apoA1 contents were lower than those of control group;serum platelet function indexes P-selectin,PAF and PDGF contents were higher than those of control group;serum inflammatory mediators hs-CRP,IL-8,IL-17 and TNF-αcontents were higher than those of control group.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Hp-IgG and anti-Hp-CagA-IgG contents in patients with coronary heart disease were closely related to the degree of coronary artery lesions.Conclusion:Serum Hp-IgG and anti-Hp-CagA-IgG contents are extremely high in patients with coronary heart disease,and the specific contents are closely related to the degree of coronary artery lesions.
