摘要

目的:对比用HPV分型检测、Aptima HPV检测和cobas 4800 HPV检测诊断宫颈病变的效果。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年6月期间在徐州市妇幼保健院就诊的278例疑似宫颈病变患者作为研究对象。对这278例患者均进行HPV分型检测、Aptima HPV检测、cobas 4800 HPV检测和病理检查(以病理检查的结果作为最终的诊断结果)。然后对比用HPV分型检测、Aptima HPV检测、cobas 4800 HPV检测诊断宫颈病变的特异度、敏感度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值和约登指数。结果:用HPV分型检测、Aptima HPV检测和cobas 4800 HPV检测诊断宫颈病变的敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值和约登指数相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用HPV分型检测、Aptima HPV检测和cobas 4800 HPV检测诊断宫颈病变的效果相近。
