摘要
以马来酸酐接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS-g-MA)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-GMA)为相容剂,以硅酮粉为润滑剂,研究了两种相容剂及其含量对短切玻纤增强聚苯硫醚复合材料性能的影响。研究发现,相容剂与润滑剂协同使用,不但增强了复合材料强度和韧性,且改善了玻纤分散性,解决了复合材料表面毛刺和光泽度差的问题,并且POE-g-GMA对材料强度和韧性提升优于SEBS-g-MA。
The performance of glass fiber( GF) reinforced polyphenylene sulfide( PPS) composites with two different compatibilizer and silicone power lubricant were experimentally investigated. The two compatibilizer were maleated hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block elastomer( SEBS-g-MA) and glycidyl methacrylate functionalized polyolefin elastomers( POE-g-GMA). The results show that the combined using of compatibilizer and silicone power lubricant not only toughens the composite, but also improves the dispersibility of glass fiber in composite. Therefore,it eliminates the glitch appearing on composite surface and provides better glossiness. It is also found that POE-g-GMA is superior to SEBS-g-MA as compatibilizer agent for PPS composites toughening.
