针刺精灸联合托烷司琼防治顺铂所致恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘要
目的观察针刺精灸联合托烷司琼用于防治顺铂所致恶心呕吐(CINV)的临床疗效。方法 60例行顺铂化疗的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组以托烷司琼防治CINV),实验组采用针刺精灸内关、公孙、足三里+托烷司琼防治CINV。观察患者化疗当天至1周的CINV程度,比较两组CINV防治效果及不良反应。结果实验组CINVⅡ级、Ⅲ级的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),CINV防治效果优于对照组,总有效率亦高于对照组(均P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺精灸联合托烷司琼用于防治顺铂所致CINV的效果优于单药托烷司琼。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of point acupuncture combined with tropisetron in the prevention and treatment of cis-platinum-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV). Methods Sixty patients who have received cis-platinum chemotherapy were randomly into the Control Group and the Intervention Group, 30 cases in each group. The Control Group was treated with tropisetron while the Intervention Group was treated with the acupuncture at Neiguan, Gongsun and Zusanli combined with tropisetron. The severity of CINV from the day when patients received chemotherapy until one week was observed. The two groups were compared in terms of the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Results The Intervention Group had the incidence of Grade Ⅱ and Grade Ⅲ CINV significantly lower than the Control Group(P<0.01), had the therapeutic effect for CINV superior to the Control Group and had the effective rate higher than the Control Group(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of point acupuncture and tropisetron is effective in the prevention and treatment for cis-platinum-induced CINV and superior to the single administration of tropisetron.
