美国选择性教师认证项目的发展困境与归因
摘要
选择性教师认证项目是美国当代重要的教育改革运动。当前,培养质量是选择性教师认证项目面临的主要质疑,原因在于项目在追求教师培养数量扩充的同时,其保障培养质量的能力就受到了一定程度的限制。选择性教师认证项目要获得更长久的发展,就必须尽可能地克服自身的局限,加强质量监控。
