浅谈神华号(HXD1)八轴货运交流电力机车控制电源柜的应用与维护

摘要
控制电源柜作为机车的关键部件,主要为机车提供110V控制电源,科学的应用与维护措施,有利于降低机车控制电源柜运用故障风险及提高维护工作效率。本文通过对神华号(HXD1)八轴货运机车控制电源柜的产品特点,进行分析阐述机车的司乘、检修技术人员在作业过程中,存在的主、客观作业操作不足的原因,并在此基础上,提出了加强安全技术管理的根本性措施,遏制机车司乘人员、检修技术人员的违章操作或作业,供各机务段相关部门的人员参考,以促进神华号(HXD1)八轴货运机车控制电源柜的产品应用维护科学管理及优质高效作业水准的提高。
As key components of locomotive,the control power supply cabinet mainly provide 110 v powersupply control for locomotive,the application of science and the maintenance measures,to reduce locomo-tive control power supply cabinet use failure risk and improve the efficiency of maintenance work,this arti-cle through to shenhua eight axis freight locomotive control power supply cabinet product characteristic,car-ries on the analysis in this paper,the locomotive of the passenger,maintenance technical personnel in theoperation process of the causes of deficiency of subjective and objective operations,and on this basis,putforward the fundamental measures to strengthen the management of security technology,contain the locomotive crew,illegal operation or maintenance technicians,reference for various locomotives related departmentsof personnel,so as to promote Shenhua eight axis freight locomotive control power supply cabinet product application maintenance of scientific management and high quality level.
