摘要
西南电网异步联网试验期间,向家坝电厂调速器运行稳定,但一次调频动作次数较同步联网时有较大增幅,同时一次调频动作会闭锁电厂AGC及LCU负荷调整指令,影响电厂机组调速器负荷响应时间,对电网稳定运行存在一定影响。通过对试验期间调速器运行情况及调速器功率调节模式的简要分析,针对性提出优化措施,对西南电网异步联网后电厂机组负荷调整有一定参考意义。
        During the asynchronous interconnection test of Southwest China Power Grid, the governor of Xiangjiaba Power Plant operated stably, but the frequency of primary frequency modulation action increased more than that of synchronous interconnection. At the same time, the primary frequency modulation action would block the load adjustment instructions of AGC and LCU in power plant, which would affect the load response time of the governor of power plant units, and there existed an impact on the stable operation of power grid. Through a brief analysis of the operation of governor and the power regulation mode of Governor during the test period, the optimization measures are put forward pertinently, which has a certain reference significance for load adjustment of power plants after asynchronous interconnection of Southwest China Power Grid.
