摘要
目的研究共刺激分子(ICOS)及其特异性配体(ICOSL)在膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)滑膜组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法分别采集14例OA轻度及18例OA重度患者滑膜病变部位和远离病变部位,经HE染色法观察其病理改变,免疫组织化学法检测滑膜组织中ICOS、ICOSL的表达情况。结果 OA轻度患病组和重度患病组滑膜组织病变部位出现明显的炎性改变。ICOS、ICOSL在OA患者病变滑膜组织中高表达,且重度患病组表达最高。结论 ICOS、ICOSL共刺激分子在OA患者病变滑膜组织中高表达,对炎症反应的免疫紊乱和免疫损伤发挥重要作用。
        Objective To research on the expression of ICOS,ICOSL stimulus molecule in the synovial tissue of osteroarthritis(OA)patientsand its clinical significance.Methods Synovial tissue lesions and distant sites of 14 cases of mild illness groups and 18 cases of severe illness group were collected to take HE staining.Immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of ICOS,ICOSL.Results OA synovial tissue of patients had pathological changes.ICOS,ICOSL were highly expressed in OA patients,and severe illness group had the highest expression level with the change of the disease varies.Conclusion The level of ICOS,ICOSL significantly increased in OA synovial tissue of patients might be due tochronic inflammation immune disorders and immune injury.
