后牙邻面龋齿充填治疗中材料的选择及效果分析

摘要
目的分析后牙邻面龋齿充填治疗中材料的选择及效果。方法选取2015年2月1日—2016年2月10日我院收治的后牙邻面龋齿患者150例作为研究对象。采用抽签分组方式,将150例患者分为观察组(75例)与对照组(75例),两组患者分别实施银汞合金以及后牙复合树脂填充治疗,将两组患者后牙邻面龋齿充填治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者的充填成功率为93.33%,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的继发龋齿发生率为2.67%,低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的继发龋齿发生率为1.33%,低于对照组的14.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的治疗时间和舒适度评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过对后牙邻面龋齿患者使用银汞合金充填后,取得显著效果,不仅能提高充填成功率、降低继发龋齿发生率、充填材料脱落发生率,还能促进患者早期康复。
Objective To analyze the selection and effect of filling materials in the treatment of posterior teeth with adjacent caries. Methods150 patients with posterior teeth adjacent caries admitted to our hospital from February 1, 2015 to February 10, 2016 were selected as the study subjects. 150 patients were divided into observation group(75 cases) and control group(75 cases) by drawing lots. Two groups of patients were treated with amalgam and composite resin filling. The curative effect of filling the adjacent caries of posterior teeth was compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of filling in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of secondary dental caries in the observation group was 2.67%, which was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of secondary dental caries in the observation group was 1.33%, which was lower than that in the control group(14.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The treatment time and comfort score of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion After using amalgam filling on the adjacent caries of posterior teeth, remarkable results have been achieved. It can not only improve the success rate of filling, reduce the incidence of secondary caries and the incidence of material loss, but also promote the early rehabilitation of patients.
