脑出血术后ICU护理干预临床效果

摘要
目的对比分析在ICU护理中予以脑出血术后患者护理干预所具有的临床效果及并发症影响。方法纳入2016年8月—2018年3月于本院脑外科接受治疗的76例脑出血患者作为研究对象。采用随机抽选法,将其分为常规组与研究组,每组各38例。予以常规组患者一般脑出血术后重症监护室护理,予以研究组患者ICU护理干预。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果经护理后,研究组患者护理满意度高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);且研究组患者术后并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脑出血患者实施术后ICU护理干预,可有效降低患者并发症发病风险,提升预后质量,进一步促进患者康复水平的提升,且患者满意度较高。
Objective The clinical effects and complications of nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage after ICU nursing were compared and analyzed. Methods 76 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2016 to March 2018 were included as the study subjects. The patients were randomly selected and divided into routine group and research group with 38 cases in each group. The patients in routine group were given ICU nursing after general cerebral hemorrhage operation. ICU nursing intervention was given to the study group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Postoperative ICU nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the risk of complications, improve the quality of prognosis, further promote the level of rehabilitation of patients, and patients with higher satisfaction.
