“贺氏针灸三通法”学术特色探微

摘要
"贺氏针灸三通法"是贺普仁老先生经50余年的临床经验,集学术研究的规范性、临床应用的广泛性、著书立说的渊源性于一体,在上世纪80年代创立的学术体系。贺老自幼拜针灸名师学习,在传承的基础上勇于创新,师古而不泥古,经过多年的临床经验总结,提出了"病多气滞"的病因病机,并在此基础上提出了"微通、温通、强通"的"三通"治疗原则,以通为法,以通经络、调气血、转逆为顺、扶正祛邪,是理论与实践高度结合的针灸临床治疗大法。"贺氏针灸三通法"以其有效性和科学性在临床上广泛应用,并取得了诸多成果,不仅是提高了针灸的治病疗效、扩大了针灸的治病范围,还为中医针灸在日新月异的医疗环境中赢得了一席之地,使针灸治病呈现多元化。本文就"三通法"的治病特色略述一二,有外谬差讹之处恭请同道赐教。
"He's three methods of acupuncture and Moxibustion" is an academic system which was founded in the 80 s of last century by Mr.He Puren,who has experienced more than 50 years of clinical experience,including the standardization of academic research,the wide range of clinical application,and the origin of the writing.He has been learning from the famous acupuncture and moxibustion teachers from the young.On the basis of inheritance,he is brave in innovation,and is not old in ancient times.After years of clinical experience,we put forward the cause and pathogenesis of "disease and multi stagnation".On this basis,we put forward the "three way" treatment of "micro,warm and strong."It is a great method of acupuncture and moxibustion that combines theory with practice."He's acupuncture three method" is widely used in clinical practice for its effectiveness and science,and has achieved many achievements,not only to improve the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion,to expand the range of acupuncture and moxibustion,but also to win a place for acupuncture and moxibustion in the new medical environment,so that the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion is diversified.In this article,we have outlined one or two of the characteristics of the "three links",and have asked for advice from others.
