中文版简易决策冲突量表用于关节置换术老年病人的信效度研究

摘要
[目的]对简易决策冲突量表(Low Literacy Decisional Conflict Scale,DCS-LL)进行汉化,并在关节置换术老年病人中对中文版量表进行信效度检验。[方法]基于量表引进原则,对简易决策冲突量表进行跨文化调适,用中文版简易决策冲突量表对340例关节置换术老年病人进行调查,并进行信效度检验。[结果]中文版简易决策冲突量表的内容效度为0.85～1.00,量表的重测信度为0.865,总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.824;探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,方差累计贡献率为60.5%;验证性因子分析显示量表的模型拟合较好。[结论]中文版简易决策冲突量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估我国关节置换术老年病人决策冲突情况。
Objective:To translate the Low Literacy Decisional Conflict Scale(DCS-LL)into Chinese and test reliability and validity of the Chinese version of DCS-LL among elderly patients undergoing arthroplasty.Methods:Based on the principles of the introduction of scales,cross-cultural adjustment of DCS-LL was conducted.A total of 340 elderly patients undergoing arthroplasty were investigated with the Chinese version of DCS-LL,and the reliability and validity tests were performed.Results:The content validity of the Chinese version of DCS-LL was 0.85～1.00,the test-retest reliability was 0.865,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.824.The exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 60.5%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model of the scale was well fitted.Conclusions:The Chinese version of DCS-LL had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the decision-making conflicts of elderly patients undergoing arthroplasty in China.
