浅谈静脉注射时避免接头处产生小气泡的方法

摘要
静脉注射法是一种作用较快且临床应用较为广泛的给药方式,一般采用单纯静脉注射方法,药液抽吸后将空气排尽可有效阻止空气二次进入,但临床实际输液时常需应用静脉推注方法,若操作不当易增加空气进入几率,小气泡相应产生。本院为有效减少静脉注射时接头处出现气泡问题,消除患者心理顾虑,降低患者空气栓塞发生率,就上述情况作一综述。
Intravenous injection is a fast-acting and widely used method of clinical application, it is usually a simple intravenous injection method, after the liquid is pumped, the air can be exhausted to prevent air from entering twice, but the actual clinical infusion is often the intravenous bolus method should be applied, if the operation is improper, the probability of air entering is increased, and small bubbles are generated accordingly. In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of air bubbles at the joints during intravenous injection, eliminate the psychological concerns of patients, and reduce the incidence of air embolism in patients, this review is summarized as follows.
