Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the effect of 12 weeks FIFA11 + exercise on biomechanical characteristics of knee and dynamic balance in male's soccer players. Methods: Fortytwo college male soccer players were randomly divided into control group(n = 21) and experimental group(n = 21). The experimental group received FIFA11 + exercise(2 times a week for 20 min) and the control group performed routine warm-up exercises in accordance with daily practice patterns. Before and after the experiment collected two groups of athletes at different angular velocities(60°/s, 180°/s,300°/s) bilateral knee flexor and extensor peak torque(PT), conventional intensity ratio(CSR) and biomechanical characteristics, and bilateral Y balance test(YBT) of the non-support legs in front of the score(A); Non-support legs in the medial posterior score(PM); the support legs in the posterolateral(PL) score; YBT score(YBT-CS) and other indicators of changes. Results: Before and after the experiment, there were no significant differences in biomechanical and balance ability between the two groups(P>0.05). After 12 weeks of FIFA11 + intervention, The experimental group members of flexor and extensor PT(P<0.05), CSR(P<0.05) at three angular(60°/s,180 °/s, 300°/s)velocity of bilateral knee joint biomechanical characteristics, and bilateral A(P<0.05), PM(P<0.05), PL(P<0.05), YBT-CS(P<0.05) and dynamic balance was significantly improved; With a significant difference compared with before the test; There was no significant difference between the control group and the above indexes(P>0.05); Similarly, the experimental group compared with the control group, the above indicators were increased in varying degrees, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Our finding observed that 12-weeks of FIFA11 + practice can significantly improve the men's soccer athletes lower limb biomechanical characteristics of the force(knee flexion and extension muscle strength and dynamic control ratio) and dynamic balance, thereby reducing the functional defects associated with motor injuries, and have a significant effect to reduce the risk of injury for men's soccer players.
