保留乳头乳晕并腹壁游离真皮脂肪瓣乳房重建术1例的护理

摘要
报告1例早期乳腺癌患者,行保留乳头乳晕的乳房切除术,一期取下腹壁游离真皮脂肪瓣做乳房重建,术后随访效果满意。
One report about the breast cancer patient whose breast were cut off and papilla and areola were remained, and reconstructed the breast by abdominal wall free dermis fat flap at the first stage. She was satisfied with the outcome on the interview after the operation.
