供给侧改革背景下资源型城市转型发展研究——以淮南市为例

资源型城市由于其主导产业是矿产资源的开发,有限的资源开发带来诸如资源枯竭、环境污染等一系列问题,且以矿产资源开发为主导产业的资源型城市存在着环境、运作机制和结构的不稳定性。在供给侧结构性改革的背景下,具体分析煤炭资源型城市淮南转型发展面临的问题,在借鉴国内外其他资源型城市转型成功经验的基础上,对淮南的转型发展提出了有针对性的对策建议。
The leading industry of resource-based cities is the exploitation of mineral resources. Limited resources development brings a series of problems, such as resource depletion, environmental pollution and so on. The resource-based cities with mineral resources development as the leading industry have the instability of environment, operation mechanism and structure. In the context of the structural reform of the supply side, this paper makes a specific analysis on the difficulties faced by the transformation and development of coal resource-based cities in Huainan. On the basis of the experience of the transformation and development of other resource-based cities abroad and in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the countermeasures for the transformation and development of Huainan.
