摘要
为了推动我国IMT产业发展并为我国频率规划工作提供重要依据,系统地介绍了四种IMT系统的频谱需求预测方法,包括基于业务量预测的ITU-RM.1768方法、FCC预测方法和GSMA预测方法以及基于关键技术能力的预测方法。分析了不同预测方法的基本原理、预测流程和详细步骤。并给出了基于ITU-R M.1768方法和基于关键技术能力方法的中国未来IMT系统频谱需求预测结果。此外,本论文还对比了四种方法的差异,给出了各方法的适用性建议。
        In order to promote the development of IMT industry and provide important bases for the frequency planning in China, this paper introduces four types of spectrum requirement estimation methods for the IMT system. Therein, three methods are based on traffic estimation: ITU-R M.1768 method, FCC estimation method and GSMA estimation method, while another is based on the KPI of the IMT system. The basic principles, estimation fl ows and detailed steps of these methods are analyzed. Base on the analysis, the spectrum requirement estimation results of the IMT system in China in the future are presented. In addition, the diff erence between these methods is discussed, and the suggestion on the applicability of these methods is elaborated.
