89例侵袭性葡萄胎超声图像分析
摘要
妊娠滋养细胞疾病(gestational trophoblastic disease,GTD)是一组与妊娠相关的疾病,包括完全性葡萄胎、部分性葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒毛膜癌、胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤和上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤。后4种因具有恶性肿瘤特性,称为妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic neoplasia,GTN)~([1])。GTD主要表现为滋养细胞侵袭血管,若不及时诊治,可发生严重的后果,重者危及生命,故GTD的及早诊断治疗极为重要。GTD中完全性葡萄胎及部分性葡萄胎诊断较容易,GTD可继发于葡萄胎,流产或正常妊娠,诊断相对较困难,GTD中以侵袭性葡萄胎较常见,本文就通过回顾性分析89例侵袭性葡萄胎的超声图像,总结其超声特点。
