摘要

目前将INBA粒化系统运用于铜冶炼冰铜粒化中的工程项目还比较少,其实际运用时主要对砂状冰铜的粒度、粒化塔内的液位、冰铜脱水等进行监控。结合实际案例,详细分析了INBA粒化自动控制系统中的一些关键控制技术。
        At present, small amounts of INBA granulation systems are applied into engineering project of copper smelting matte granulation, which are mainly used for monitoring granularity of sand matte, liquid level of granulation tower and matte dewatering in practical application. The paper analyzes some key control technologies of INBA granulation automatic control system by combining with practical examples.
