多焦点人工晶体植入对老年患者白内障超声乳化术后视力水平的影响

摘要
目的研究多焦点人工晶体(MIOL)植入对老年患者白内障超声乳化术后视力水平的影响。方法将86例行白内障超声乳化术的老年患者按植入人工晶体(IOL)不同分为MIOL组(植入多焦点IOL,n=54)和SIOL组(植入单焦点IOL,n=32),比较两组患者治疗后3个月视力水平。结果治疗后,两组患者最佳矫正远距离视力(BCDVA)、最佳矫正中距离视力(BCIVA)、最佳矫正近距离视力(BCNVA)都明显升高,且MIOL组升高幅度更大(P<0.05);治疗后,两组立体视觉功能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者VF-14和生活质量评分均明显升高,且MIOL组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论 MIOL植入可明显提高老年患者白内障超声乳化术视力水平和视觉功能,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of multifocal intraocular lens(MIOL) implantation on visual acuity in elderly patients after phacoemulsification.Methods Totally 86 elderly patients with phacoemulsification were taken as the research objects, and they were divided into MIOL group(n=54) and SIOL group(n=32). The MIOL group was treated with multifocal intraocular lens, while the SIOL group was treated with single focus intraocular lens, the visual acuity of the two groups was compared three months after treatment.Results After treatment, the BCDVA, BCIVA and BCNVA levels in the two groups were all significantly increased, and the increase in the MIOL group was greater than that in the SIOL group(P<0.05); The difference in stereovision between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); The scores of VF-14 and life quality in the two groups were all significantly increased, and the increase in the MIOL group was greater than that in the SIOL group(P<0.05).Conclusion MIOL implantation can improve the visual acuity, visual function and quality of life in elderly patients after phacoemulsification.
