土三七致肝窦阻塞综合征的研究与展望

摘要
近年来,肝窦阻塞综合征发病率呈逐年升高趋势,其主要临床表现为疼痛性肝肿大、脾大、黄疸、腹水等。在我国因摄入含吡咯烷生物碱的中草药或植物而发病的病例屡见不鲜。对于该病,临床医师认知度并不高,且早期诊断困难,无特效治疗方法,主要为对症支持治疗。该文主要介绍因摄入含吡咯烷生物碱的中草药致肝窦阻塞综合征的发病机制、临床表现、相关检查诊断以及预防治疗方面的进展。
In recent years, the incidence of hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome has been increasing year by year.The main clinical manifestations are painful hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, jaundice and ascites. In China, cases of Chinese herbal medicines or plants containing pyrrolidine alkaloids are common occurrences. For the disease, the clinician's awareness is not high, and early diagnosis is difficult, there is no specific treatment, mainly symptomatic supportive treatment. This article mainly introduces the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, related examination and diagnosis and prevention and treatment of hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome caused by Chinese herbal medicine containing pyrrolidine alkaloids.
