基于RFID系统的高校图书馆用户满意度实证研究
摘要
通过Delone和Mclean的IS成功模型研究影响用户使用和用户满意度的各个方面。同时采用线上问卷调查法,共调查了181名受访者,所有的受访者都是RFID使用的活跃用户。研究结果表明,系统质量、信息质量、服务质量、系统使用都会对基于RFID的用户满意度产生积极影响。
