摘要
对四川绵阳朝阳厂生活区3号楼砖混结构住宅进行了全面的现场沉降监测,简要介绍了工程概况。针对生活区住宅的现场监测数据进行初步分析,对住宅中的8个监测点的所有22次成果数据进行分析,以期得到砖混结构老旧住宅的沉降变化规律。监测结果表明:沉降量呈现小范围波动,最终沉降值在1~1.1 mm范围内,总体趋于稳定;沉降速率由开始监测阶段的快速增长到逐渐趋于0.01 mm/d。故可对城市砖混结构的老旧住宅沉降监测以及分析工作提供工程经验与方法。
A comprehensive on-site settlement monitoring of brick-concrete structure residential building No.3 in Chaoyang Factory Living Area,Mianyang,Sichuan Province was carried out,and the general situation of the project was briefly introduced.Based on the preliminary analysis of the on-site monitoring data of residential buildings in residential areas,all 22 data of 8 monitoring points in residential buildings are analyzed in order to obtain the settlement variation law of old residential buildings with brick-concrete structure.The monitoring results show that the settlement fluctuates in a small range,and the final settlement value tends to be stable in the range of 1~1.1 mm.The settlement rate increases rapidly from the initial monitoring stage to 0.01 mm/d.This paper can provide engineering experience and methods for settlement monitoring and analysis of old residential buildings with urban brick-concrete structure.
