摘要

针对阳泉市科技管理部门的科技项目管理业务流程,采用目前主流的基于J2EE结构体系,Spring MVC框架,设计开发了一套阳泉市科技项目管理系统,实现了以科研过程管理为核心,以项目申报、专家评审、签订计划任务书合同、结题验收为主线的科技项目管理目标。
        In view of the science and technology project management business process of Yangquan city science and technology administrative department,using the current mainstream structural system based on J2 EE and Spring MVC framework,designed and developed a set of Yangquan city science and technology project management system,which realizes science and technology project management goals of taking the process management of scientific research as the core,taking project application,expert evaluation,plan task contract,concluding the acceptance as the main line.
