摘要
以CRH5G型动车组TDDS传动系统监控装置系统为分析对象,分析了系统的组成、原理及功用,应用可靠性理论对该系统进行了可靠性分析,得出了系统及各个单元与系统工作时间的函数关系,找出了系统薄弱环节,以增加整车和系统的可靠性,为设计决策者和使用者提供理论依据。根据可靠性分析最终得出的系统薄弱环节,结合实际,提出常见的故障以及故障的处理办法,对日常的维护和保养提出合理的建议,为动车组的日常检修提供理论参考。
Taking the CRH5 G EMU TDDS transmission system monitoring device system as the analysis object, the composition, principle and function of the system are analyzed. The reliability analysis of the system is carried out by using the reliability theory. The functional relationship between the system and each unit with the working time of system is obtained. The weak links of the system are found to increase the reliability of the vehicle and the system, and to provide a theoretical basis for design decision makers and users. According to the weak link of the system obtained from the reliability analysis, and combined with the actual situation, the common faults and solutions for faults are proposed, and reasonable suggestions for daily maintenance are also put forward, so as to provide theoretical reference for the daily maintenance of the EMU.
