一种新型保护性约束手套的制作与应用

摘要
目的为更好地护理精神科不合作患者,自行设计和制作一款新型保护性约束手套,并对其应用效果进行评价。方法 2018年9月至12月按抽签法分别在南京医科大学附属无锡精神卫生中心普通精神科陆续抽取有医嘱开立保护性约束的患者30例、在老年精神科陆续抽取静脉治疗需行保护性约束的患者30例,共60例患者作为被试对象。前者两侧手臂同时分别套戴新型手套或其他款式手套(无指式手套或乒乓球拍板底无指手套),后者输液侧手臂套戴新型手套,观察比较新型手套保护性约束的效果(护理意外事件发生率)及护士与陪护人员满意度。结果 60例被试者应用新型手套侧手臂的护理意外事件发生率为零,使用其他款式手套侧手臂的护理意外事件发生率为33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.500,P<0.05)。护士及陪护人员对新型手套满意度达100%,明显高于对他款手套的满意度(80%)(χ~2=6.667,P<0.05)。结论新型保护性约束手套较其他款式手套更利于提升临床护理工作效率,减少护理意外事件发生,提高护理质量和使用满意度。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of the new type of protective restraint gloves and other types of restraint gloves in uncooperative patients with mental disease. Methods From September to December 2018, using the method of drawing lots, 30 patients with protective constraints prescribed by doctors were randomly selected from general psychiatry department; And 30 patients with protective constraints required by intravenous therapy were randomly selected from geriatric psychiatry department. The total of 60 patients were selected as the study object. For both hands of the former group, simultaneously apply the new gloves and other types of gloves. For the latter group, apply the new gloves to the infusion side of the arm; Observe and compare the application effect. Results The incidence of nursing accidents was 0 for the 60 subjects who applied the new glove. While the rate was 33.33% for the 30 subjects who were prescribed to other type of restraint gloves,there was statistically significant difference in the nursing adverse events(χ~2=22.500,P<0.05). After applying different gloves, there was statistically significant difference in the satisfaction between nurses(χ~2=6.667,P<0.05). The satisfaction for the new gloves was 100% and 80% for other gloves.Conclusions Compared with other types of gloves, this multifunctional protective restraint gloves is more conducive to improving the efficiency of clinical nursing, reducing the occurrence of nursing accidents. It can also improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of both patients and nurses.
