摘要
对话在冲突化解过程中具有重要作用。高效的对话需要具备六个方面的基础,即目的与原则、合适的战略问题、参与者的参与、基本结构、协助者和物理空间。近年,西方提出并在冲突化解中采用的对话方法主要包括理解性探寻、变革实验室、围圈对话、深度民主、探索未来、和平学校、开放空间、情景规划、持续对话和世界咖啡屋,这些方法针对不同的冲突情境而有其特定的适用性和局限性。
