外泌体在肿瘤转移过程中作用机制的研究进展

摘要
外泌体是直径30~150 nm的细胞外囊泡,含有核酸、蛋白质等其他生物大分子能促进细胞间的信息传递。外泌体可促进肿瘤转移。外泌体可通过增加肿瘤细胞的侵袭性、促进血管生成、参与形成免疫抑制的微环境等途径作用于肿瘤微环境,促进肿瘤的转移;外泌体在血液中可协助肿瘤细胞逃脱免疫细胞的攻击,促进肿瘤的转移;外泌体可通过参与转移前微环境建立和决定转移器官倾向性,促进肿瘤的转移。
