摘要
为筛选出利于奶白菜生长的基质配比,以沙子、草炭、腐殖酸配比成6种基质处理相互对照(T1~T6),采用随机排列的方法,研究了6种基质处理对奶白菜生长的影响。结果表明:T1、T2、T3处理株高、开展度、叶龄、鲜质量和干质量指标均高于其它处理,不同处理对奶白菜的株高、开展度、叶龄和干鲜质量有显著性影响;T1、T2处理的奶白菜最大叶片的柄长、叶长、叶宽指标高于其它处理,但不同处理的奶白菜最大叶片的柄长、叶长、叶宽的差异不明显;T1、T2、T3处理奶白菜的维生素C含量多,不同处理对奶白菜的维生素C含量呈极显著影响;T1、T2、T4处理奶白菜的粗蛋白和可溶性糖含量高,不同处理对奶白菜粗蛋白和可溶性糖含量呈极显著影响;综合评价分析说明,T1、T2处理综合评价指数高,奶白菜的生长效果较好。综上所述,推荐使用T1(20%沙子+60%草炭+20%腐殖酸)和T2(30%沙子+60%草炭+10%腐殖酸)2种基质。
        In order to select the suitable ratio which is beneficial to the growth of cabbage,six substrates were treated with sand,peat and humic acid and compared with each other(T1-T6),and the effects of the growth of cabbage were studied by random arrangement.The results showed that the plant height,development degree,leaf age,fresh weight and dry weight indexes of T1,T2 and T3 treatments were higher than those of other treatments.Different treatments had significant effects on plant height,development degree,leaf age and dry weight and fresh weight of cabbage;the petiole length,leaf length and leaf width of the largest leaf of cabbage of T1 and T2 treatments were higher than those of other treatments,but there was no significant difference;the contents of vitamin C in cabbage of T1,T2 and T3 treatments were higher,and there was significantly affected by different treatments;the contents of crude protein and soluble sugar in cabbage of T1,T2 and T4 treatments were higher,and there was significantly affected by different treatments;comprehensive evaluation analysis showed that the comprehensive evaluation index of T1 and T2 treatments were higher,and the growth effect of cabbage was better.In conclusion,T1(20% sand+60% peat+20% humic acid)and T2(30%sand+60% peat+10% humic acid)were recommended.
