摘要
讨论了在高性能混凝土中添加废旧纤维以改良其性能的可能性。所用的废旧纤维来自于汽车发动机的正时皮带。运用破坏性和非破坏性试验方法对混凝土样本的不同性质如:抗压强度,抗折强度,内部声波传输速度和电阻率进行测试。另外,进行了新拌混凝土坍落度测试。试验结果表明,废旧纤维的添加量在低百分比(推荐不超过0.5%)时,混凝土样本的抗压强度和抗折强度得以改善。超声声波速度传输和电导率测试表明随着纤维掺入量增多,纤维强化混凝土内部的孔隙体积和它的电阻率都增大。
The applicability of improving the performance of high performance concrete(HPC)by adding recycled fiber is discussed.The fiber is coming from the timing belt of the car engine.The properties of the sample concrete,such as compressive strength,flexural strength,interior velocity of ultrasonic,and electrical resistance,are tested by destructive and non-destructive methods.Slump flow test is conducted as well.Results show compressive and flexural strength are improved when the volume percentage of the fiber at low level(not exceeding 0.5%).The ultrasonic and electrical conduct tests show an increase of fiber increases the pore volume and the electrical resistance of the fiber reinforced concrete.
