摘要
In order to explore the effects of Spartina alterniflora invasion on soil organic matter(SOM) content in two types of typical tidal flat wetlands of Jiaozhou Bay including S. alterniflora tidal flat and bare flat, the contents of SOM were tested and the distribution characteristics were studied. The results showed that the average content of SOM from 0~60 cm soil layer in S. alterniflora zone and bare flat zone was 18.29 g/kg and 12.84 g/kg respectively, with the increase of 42.45%. The invasion of S. alterniflora significantly increased the content of SOM.
