摘要
将微量分析方法与电感耦合等离子发射光谱法结合用于测定含硼键合剂中的硼含量。通过改良取样及称量方法,简化样品前处理过程,建立了适合三氟化硼醇胺络合物类键合剂中硼含量的测定方法。方法的检出限为0. 0012 mg/L,定量限为0. 0039 mg/L (相当于硼含量0. 02%),相对标准偏差(RSD)为2. 8%,回收率为99. 3%。
        A new method combining microanalysis with inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer to determine the content of boron in organic boron bonding agent was developed.Weighing sample was optimized and the pre-treatment method was evaluated. The limit of detection was0. 0012 mg/L. The limit of quantitation was 0. 0039 mg/L( 0. 02% of boron in sample),the RSD was2. 8%,and the recovery was 99. 3%.
