摘要
目的探讨Ⅱ,Ⅲ度酸碱烧伤后对视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度的影响。方法收集本院2015年1月到2018年6月因Ⅱ,Ⅲ度酸碱烧伤住院并且能够回访的患者,分为酸烧伤组和碱烧伤组。患者中未烧伤眼做为正常组。收集各组眼压、平均RNFL及颞上、鼻上、鼻侧、鼻下、颞下、颞侧的RNFL厚度。结果各组眼压没有明显统计学差别(P=0. 973)。平均RNFL及颞上、鼻上、鼻侧、颞侧RNFL厚度没有统计学差别(P均大于0. 05)。但是鼻下及颞下方三组的RNFL有统计学差别(分别是P=0. 008,P=0. 000)。结论Ⅱ,Ⅲ度酸碱烧伤后对眼压没有明显影响,但是却会导致部分象限的RNFL厚度变薄。
Objective To investigate the effect of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ chemical burns( acid/alkali) on retinal nerve fiber layer( RNFL) thickness. Methods Patients with grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ chemical burns who revisited our hospital between January 2015 and June 2018 were recruited. Eyes with chemical burns were further divided into two groups,the acid chemical burns group and alkaline chemical burns group. While eyes without chemical burns were defined as the normal group. Intraocular pressure,average RNFL thickness,as well as RNFL thickness in the superior temporal,superior nasal,nasal,inferior nasal,inferior temporal and temporal quadrants were measured. Results Intraocular pressure showed no statistical difference among the three groups( P = 0. 973). No statistical differences were found in the average RNFL thickness or RNFL thickness in the superior temporal,superior nasal,nasal and temporal quadrants among the three groups( all with P> 0. 05). But there were statistical differences among the three groups in inferior temporal and inferior nasal RNFL thickness( P = 0. 008 and 0. 000,respectively). Conclusions Grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ chemical burns do not affect intraocular pressure,but it would result in a thinner RNFL thickness in some quadrants.
