正畸相关牙根吸收的临床诊断方法比较研究

摘要
<正>正畸治疗引起的牙根吸收是临床常见的并发症[1~3]。有研究表明,1.8%~5%的正畸牙根吸收平均长度从0.5~3.0mm不等,少于1/4牙根长度的根吸收没有临床症状,大于5mm的根尖丧失会影响牙齿的活力和稳定性[4],牙齿将可能松动。因此,牙根吸收仍然是正畸治疗中一个严重的、不容忽视的医源性问题[5]。随着人们对医疗保健水平要求的不断提
