摘要
为了丰富高校健美操课堂教学,提高学生的学习兴趣,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法,梳理Keep健身软件的功能特点,并将KeepAPP引入到高校健美操课程教学中。研究结果表明:学生的整体协调性和身体素质都不同程度的有所提升,相比核心力量和灵敏性两方面的身体素质,实验班和对照班存在明显的差异;针对短时间、大强度的剧烈运动,实验班和对照班不存在明显的差异;在专项动作完成度、节奏感、动作姿态和表现力方面,实验班和对照班存在非常显著的差异。
In order to enrich the classroom teaching of aerobics in colleges and improve students' learning interest, this paper combs the functional characteristics of Keep fitness software by using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, teaching experiment and mathematics statistics, and introduces Keep APP into classroom teaching of aerobics. Results: The overall coordination and physical quality of students have been improved in various degrees, when compared with the physical quality of the core strength and sensitivity, there are obvious differences between the experimental class and the control class; there are no significant difference for short time and intense exercise between the experimental class and the control class; there are significant differences in the completion degree of special movement, rhythm, action carriage and expressive force between the experimental class and the control class.
