摘要
目的:探讨King互动达标理论对改善腰椎间盘突出症患者知识-态度-行为的效果。方法:运用King互动达标理论,由互动达标小组对150例腰椎间盘突出症患者实施6个月的互动达标干预。采用自主研制的腰椎间盘突出症患者知信行评估问卷,对实施互动达标干预前后患者的知识-态度-行为进行调查。结果:实施互动达标干预后患者知信行总分以及对腰椎间盘突出症知识的知晓率、态度均较干预前明显提高(P<0.01),不良行为较前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:通过运用King互动达标理论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施护理,能使患者正确认识腰椎间盘突出症,采取健康的行为方式促进疾病康复,有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的知识-态度-行为状态。
Objective: To explore the effects of King interactive compliance theory in improving knowledge-attitude-behavior of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: Using King interactive compliance theory,a total of 150 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated by interactive compliance group up to 6 months. Using the self-developed questionnaire for the evaluation of KAP of patients with lumbar disc herniation was to investigate knowledge-attitude-behavior of patients before and after the intervention. Results: After the implementation of the intervention,the total scores of KAP,the awareness on knowledge of lumbar disc herniation and attitude of patients were significantly higher than those before the intervention( P < 0. 01),and the bad behavior was significantly lower than that before the intervention( P < 0. 01). Conclusions: Through the implementation of nursing care of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by King interactive standard theory,we can make patients have a correct understanding of lumbar disc herniation,adopt healthy behaviors to promote disease rehabilitation,improve KAP status of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
