摘要
目的通过测定KM小鼠体质量、主要脏器质量、体长、耳长、尾长、食管长,获得KM小鼠的部分生物学数据。方法随机选取1~8周龄的SPF(specific pathogen free)级KM小鼠,每周龄20只,雌雄各半,共160只,测定并计算小鼠脏器系数及相关生长指标。结果①影响KM小鼠主要脏器质量、脏器系数的因素是性别及周龄,成对脏器的左右无明显差异(P>0.05)。②雄性KM小鼠的主要脏器质量大于同龄的雌性KM小鼠,肝与肾的脏器系数有明显性别差异(P<0.05)。雌雄小鼠的体、尾、耳、食管长度及尾/体长比值、耳/体长比值、食管/体长比值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③各脏器质量随周龄增加均有所增长,脏器系数变化明显(P<0.05),体、尾、耳、食管长度随周龄增加均有一定时段的显著增长(P<0.05),尾/体长比值与食管/体长比值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),耳/体长比值无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论本实验为SPF级KM小鼠生物学特性的标准化探索提供相关可靠数据。
Objective To obtain the part of biological data about KM mice by measuring the body mass,organ mass,body length,ear length,tail length and esophagus length of KM mice.Methods Tatal of 160 aged 1~8 weeks specific pathogen free(SPF)KM mice were randomly divided into eight groups according to the age of the week,with male and female being half,20 KM mice per week.Organ coefficients and related growth indices were measured and calculated.Results ①Gender and age were the main factors affecting main organ mass and organ coefficients in KM mice,and there was no significant difference between left and right sides of two pairs of organs(P>0.05);②The main organ mass of male KM mice was higher than that of female KM mice at the same age,and the organ coefficients showed obvious gender difference in liver and kidney(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body mass,tail mass,ear mass,esophagus length,tail to body length ratio,ear to body length ratio,and esophagus to body length ratio between male mice and female mice(P>0.05);③The mass of each organ increased with the week age and showed significant difference in organ coefficients(P<0.05).Body length,tail length,ear length,esophageal length increased a certain period of growth with week age(P<0.05).Tail to body length ratio and esophagus to body length ratio were statistically different(P<0.05),and there was no obvious change in ear to body length ratio(P>0.05).Conclusion The experiment may provide relevant reliable data for the standardization exploration of biological characteristics of SPF KM mice.
