摘要
基于协同创新的视角,探讨科技服务业动态吸收能力的概念内涵。沿循吸收能力整合分析的思路,以创新战略为导向,重点对科技服务业的动态吸收能力运行过程中的学习机制、知识整合机制以及网络调节机制整合框架进行论述。进一步采用单案例纵向研究方法,在实地调研和扎根研究的基础上,对中国情境下的典型科技服务业企业案例进行深度的探讨。选取东风设计院汽车焊装技术服务进行定性案例分析,探讨协同创新理论下科技服务业的动态吸收能力的运行机制。
        Based on synergetic innovation mechanism perspective,this paper explores the concept of dynamic absorptive capacity of science and technology service.Following the analysis of absorptive capacity consolidation and regarding innovation strategy as direction,it expounds the operation mechanism of dynamic absorptive capacity of science and technology service which focuses on learning mechanism,knowledge integration mechanism and network mechanism.Making full use of the single case research method of the longitudinal and basing on field investigation and root analysis are to discuss typical case of science and technology services industry in China situation.Acting auto welding technology service of Dongfeng Design Institute(DFD)as representative case and going through the qualitative analysis of case are to state dynamic absorptive ability which under the theory of synergetic innovation of science and technology service industry.
