优质护理对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

摘要
目的观察优质护理对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2015-02—2016-01于开封市中心医院接受脑卒中术后康复的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予优质护理服务,对照组给予常规护理。比较2组患者治疗1周、12周后各项生活质量评分、上下肢运动功能评分(FM)及日常生活活动能力评分(Barthhel);对比2组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 (1)2组患者护理第1周各项生活质量功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理第12周,2组患者躯体功能、社会功能及心理功能评分均有所提升,组内前后对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理第12周各项功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)2组患者上、下肢运动功能与日常生活活动能力评分,护理第1周差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理第12周各项评分均有所提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理第12周各项评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组护理总满意度96.0%,优于对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于脑卒中康复时期,可帮助患者更快恢复,提升患者生活质量与护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent postoperative stroke rehabilitation in our hospital from 2015-02 to 2016-01 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given high quality nursing service and the control group was given routine nursing.The quality of life scores,upper and lower extremity motor function scores(FM) and activities of daily living ability(Barthhel) were compared between the two groups at 1 week and 12 weeks.The satisfaction of the two groups on nursing work was compared.Results(1) There was no significant difference in the quality of life function scores between the two groups in the first week(P>0.05).At the 12 th week of nursing,the physical function,social function and mental function scores of the two groups were improved.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional scores of the observation group at the 12 th week were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) The motor function of upper and lower limbs and the activity ability of daily living in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The scores of the 12 th week of nursing were improved,and the differences were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05);the scores of the observation group at the 12 th week were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%,which was better than that of the control group(70.0%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing interventions are used in the recovery period of stroke,which can help patients recover faster and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
