边缘性人格障碍者的情绪相关认知过程研究
摘要
既往研究表明不良认知加工过程对边缘性人格障碍的发生、发展、维持都起到一定的作用,尤其是与作为BPD核心特征的情绪失调关系密切。这些不良认知加工方式涉及注意、记忆、思维和信念等方面。文章回顾和总结了BPD患者的情绪相关认知过程的有关文献,旨在为深入理解BPD的病理机制及发展BPD的有效治疗策略提供借鉴。
